Before you send

Can I request only one piece?

Yes. TY Furniture Factory has no minimum order quantity. Single-piece and bulk requests are welcome.

Will this tool give an instant quotation?

No. The team needs to review the design, specifications and quantity before quoting. This tool organizes the information for that review.

What happens after I send the brief?

We review your requirements, discuss a quotation, prepare a production drawing for approval and confirm materials. A bulk-order sample can be arranged when agreed. Production generally takes 25–45 days depending on the order and confirmed schedule; shipping is separate.

What if I have never imported furniture?

You can use your own freight forwarder or ask us for help finding one. Confirm freight, import responsibilities and final delivery arrangements with the forwarder.
