DINING TABLES
Tables for the long dinners.
Tell us how many people sit down, and we build the table around that.
Table size is really a question about people. Tell us how many seats you need and how the room is shaped, and we will build the length and width that works, rather than the nearest standard. Round, oval, rectangular and extendable are all normal work.
Tops can be solid wood with the grain running the full length, stone or marble with the pattern positioned where you want it, sintered stone for a hard-wearing surface, glass, or lacquer. For stone we can send photos of the actual slab before cutting so you know the veining you are getting.
Bases are where dining tables succeed or fail, because legs decide who can actually sit comfortably. We build pedestal bases, sculpted timber legs and metal frames, and we position them so nobody at the table ends up straddling a leg.
