Dining chairs are used harder than any other seat in a home, and far harder in a restaurant. The frame matters more than it looks like it should: joints take the load every time someone leans back. Ours are solid wood, joined and reinforced rather than stapled together.

Upholstery is a practical decision here. For a family table or a restaurant we will point you towards performance fabrics and leathers that clean easily and hold their colour. For a formal dining room you can have the boucle or velvet you actually want.

Chairs are usually ordered in sets, so consistency matters: same wood tone across every leg, same fabric roll across every seat, same seat height so the set sits level at the table. That is a production discipline, and it is why sets from a real factory look different from sets assembled from stock.

Which fabric is best for a restaurant?
A performance weave or a coated leather. Tell us the setting and we will recommend options that survive daily cleaning.
Is there a minimum for a set of chairs?
No minimum. Order the number you need, whether that is four or four hundred.
